The client's brief was to completely refurbish and extend an existing Arts and Crafts style house.

The design solution was to open up the attic space and form a glazed balcony area to maximise the views over the Campsie Glens. The ground floor extension used large sliding doors opening up onto a large area of balcony with steps connecting down to the garden. Anthracite Zinc roofs to the extensions formed part of the palette of materials which complement the traditional house style.
